The surgery is situated on the main A56 (Washway Road).
We have designated parking, access and facilities for disabled persons, including power assisted entrance door and intercom. For hearing impaired patients we have a hearing loop at reception and staff trained in text relay (previously Type Talk) communications.
We have baby change facilities on the first floor and a private area for feeding, on request.
We have telephone interpreting services and face to face interpreting services however, to arrange a face to face service we require at least 48 hours notice.
The pharmacy attached to our practice is entirely independent from us.
