Services provided from the Surgery premises include appointments, which may be actual, telephone or virtual in nature, with General Practitioners, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Practice Based Pharmacist and various third parties who provide the Practice with services on this site, for example, our First Contact Physiotherapists provided by Pure Physio and pharmacy service provided by Bespoke. Where medically appropriate home visits are undertaken.
The Practice liaises with appropriate staff from other organisations including Community Health Services, Secondary Care, Social Services where required and consented, and other statutory organisations and the third sector.
