The location of all COVID-19 vaccinations are currently at THE LIFE CENTRE 235 WASHWAY ROAD, M33 4BP.
There is a one-way system flow through the centre and you will access through the main door which is on Washway Road and exit will be through the car park, so if someone is collecting you then that is where you will be located. If you require assistance from a carer they may attend with you. Please ensure you arrive around your allocated time and maintain social distancing. Depending on which vaccine is available, you may be required to remain for 15 minutes after the vaccination to be monitored.
We will contact all patients due to book their 2nd Covid-19 vaccination, early in March 2021. PLEASE DO NOT TELEPHONE OR CONTACT THE SURGERY about this matter: you will appreciate that we are dealing with a hundred or more telephone calls every day with patients ringing to book their 1st vaccination appointment – please help by letting us focus on these patients.
