Travel health

We are pleased to be able to offer our services for both travel advice and travel vaccines. Find out what vaccinations and health precautions are needed here at least 6 weeks before you travel. For each person travelling, you will need to download and complete a travel risk assessment form. Drop this into reception or email back to us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) then our nurses will contact you within a couple of days.

Most vaccines are held in stock so we are usually able to start your course of vaccinations at your first clinic appointment. Children’s vaccinations will require the written consent of someone with parental responsibility attending at the time.  Most travel vaccinations are available free of charge on the NHS; non-NHS travel vaccinations are chargeable and payment is required prior to the appointment with our nurse. Details of charges can be found on our non-NHS services page.

Don’t forget if you are travelling within the European Economic Area (EEA) to make sure you have an up-to-date
European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) & don’t forget the need for travel insurance, wherever your destination.
